St Dunstan’s Enterprises, part of the St Dunstan's Educational Group, operates multiple leisure and community venues across south London. With a growing operation and a need to modernise their digital systems, they turned to Gladstone to consolidate fragmented platforms into a future-proof leisure management solution.

Following an expansion that brought together sites and services under one umbrella, the team wanted to deliver a seamless customer journey, improve operational efficiency, and equip staff with a robust, integrated system that could evolve with them.

Challenge

Before working with Gladstone, St Dunstan’s was managing bookings, payments and swim school activity through a patchwork of disconnected systems. This created operational silos, inconsistent experiences for customers, and limitations on what could be offered digitally, especially when it came to launching new packages or running seasonal offers.

As the business expanded across multiple school sites, the team needed one reliable platform that could support future growth, connect with their finance systems, and be easy for staff and parents to adopt.

The Solution

Gladstone provided St Dunstan’s Enterprises with a cloud-based leisure management platform to replace their fragmented systems and set a solid foundation for future growth. The rollout included:

  • Gladstone360 for centralised facility and activity management.

  • Go Learn for swim school administration, enabling seamless transitions from legacy tools.

  • Gladstone Go consumer tools including GoBook and GoJoin, making it easier than ever for customers to browse, book, and join online or via the mobile app.

  • Mobile App (Custom-branded), which was soft-launched and is already seeing organic uptake, with plans for a full promotional push in the new school term.

  • Sage Integration to support finance operations (pending final rollout once the school’s internal environment is ready).

  • Audience Builder ordered and in the pipeline, offering future capability for targeted marketing and customer engagement.

St Dunstan’s Enterprises, based in Catford, London, operates the leisure and community facilities of St Dunstan’s College. The organisation manages the Jubilee Sports Ground & Pavilion and Leisure Centre & School Lettings, with plans to expand to Rosemead Preparatory School,  St Christopher’s the Hall School & Old Dunstonians Sports Ground Beckenham. Their facility & service portfolio includes sports facility hire, swimming lessons, school lettings, theatre shows and café/bar services. Serving more than 2,000 customers each week, St Dunstan’s is also developing new membership packages to widen access and strengthen customer loyalty.
