Before partnering with Gladstone, 3d Leisure faced growing pressures as their business expanded. Their previous system could no longer support the complexity of managing multiple brands and locations, and routine tasks such as Direct Debit collections and system updates required heavy manual intervention.

As their estate grew, it became clear that they needed a technology partner who could keep pace - one with the capability to scale, the stability to handle complexity, and the willingness to listen. 3d Leisure wanted to move away from a system that created bottlenecks and towards a platform that could evolve with them.

The Solution

3d Leisure moved to Gladstone’s cloud-based platform in 2022, bringing over 60 sites onto the Gladstone Go suite, including Go Book, Go Join, and Go Mobile. This created a single, modern system that supports diverse brands and provides a consistent member experience across all locations.

Built Around Collaboration

From the start, both teams worked closely to tailor the system to 3d Leisure’s complex structure. Gladstone developed bespoke functionality, including a centralised Direct Debit management tool, saving significant admin time across multiple sites.

As one of the earliest enterprise users of Gladstone Cloud, 3d Leisure helped shape the roadmap. Early challenges in data management and configuration highlighted areas for improvement, and Gladstone responded quickly - refining processes, adapting features, and building functionality to better suit multi-site operators.

Listening and Evolving

Regular engagement between 3d Leisure and Gladstone’s account and product teams ensures feedback translates into action. This partnership approach has seen continuous enhancements to booking speed, reporting tools, and usability. Gladstone’s SaaS architecture on Microsoft Azure now gives 3d Leisure the scalability, reliability, and flexibility to manage over 60+ sites efficiently.
